First, what do employers find online…that would cause them to not hire an employer?…Some of the factors given included…posting of inappropriate pictures online.…This may be pictures of obscene gestures…or someone engaging in inappropriate…or illegal activities.…Another was the mentioning of drugs or alcohol.…Talking negatively about others.…Poor communication skills which brings up…an interesting conversation as…to when it’s ok to use LOL’s, IDK’s…and other text talk which may project…poor communication skills.…
